As of 22.6.2022, the Bulgarian Council of Ministers adopted an amendment to Regulation 370/2019, in which the toll was increased as of 1.7.2022 and a further increase was announced by January 1, 2023 but was postponed then at short notice.
As per July 1, 2023 the increase will now come into effect.
The amount of the kilometer rates depends on the number of axles and Euro class of the vehicle. The toll can be paid by OBU or route ticket.
