These terms and conditions govern the conditions for participation in the soccer betting game competition. By participating in the competition, the participant accepts these conditions of participation.
The organizer of the competition is Gebrüder Weiss GmbH, Bundesstrasse 110, 6923 Lauterach, Austria.
Eligibility to participate:
Everyone, regardless of whether this company maintains a business relationship with the organizer or a company affiliated with the organizer, shall be eligible to participate. As a result, only one prize per person is possible. Private individuals and public officials are not excluded from participation.
Participation:
All fields marked with * must be completed in full and truthfully. This information is required to verify eligibility and to send notification of a prize and an instant win by the respectively responsible branch. Further information is optional and is not required for participation.
Participation is possible until July 14, 2024.
Competition and prize draw:
Prizes in the draw:
• 1 GW barbecue set with a Lotus charcoal grill, grill tongs, a cool bag and a beer barrel with a sales value of 200 euros. If several participants in the soccer betting game competition have equal points, the first prize will be drawn among all first places.
• 2nd and 3th place: a mini GW foosball table out of wood as well as another little surprise from the Gebrüder Weiss advertising material shop.
• 4th to 10th place: comprehensive advertising material package with practical gifts from the Gebrüder Weiss advertising material shop.
The draw of the winners will take place on July 15, 2024 among all participants with no legal recourse possible.
Any cash redemption or exchange is not possible. Prizes are not transferable. Any costs, taxes and fees associated with any prize, except shipping costs, shall be borne by the winner.
If circumstances occur that are beyond the control of the organizer, the respective winner shall accept an equivalent replacement prize. Circumstances for which the organizer is not responsible are in particular those which are attributable to the manufacturers and suppliers of the prizes.
Prize notification:
The winners will be notified by e-mail no later than two weeks after the draw. The winner must respond to this prize notification within ten days of receipt, otherwise the prize will be forfeited. If a winner cannot be reached at the given e-mail address, the prize will also be forfeited. In these cases, no substitute draw will be held.
Exclusion, early termination and changes:
In the event of a breach of these conditions of participation, the organizer shall be entitled to retrospectively exclude participants from participation. This applies in particular if a participant is not eligible or has provided incorrect information. If the excluded participant has already been draws as a winner, the prize can be subsequently withdrawn. There shall be no substitute draw.
The organizer reserves the right to terminate the raffle at any time, even without compliance with deadlines, in whole or in part prematurely or to modify it in its course, if it is not possible for technical (e.g. computer virus, manipulation of or bugs in software/hardware) or legal reasons to guarantee the raffle’s proper execution.
Final provisions:
If the conditions of participation contain ineffective regulations, the validity of the remaining conditions shall remain unaffected.
The law of the Republic of Austria shall apply.
For all disputes arising out of or in connection with these conditions of participation and the competition, the registered office of the organizer shall be agreed as the place of jurisdiction.
Data privacy
The organizer shall also be responsible for the processing of personal data. The participants’ personal data shall exclusively be processed for the purpose of implementing and handling the raffle. Data shall only be passed on to affiliated companies in the participant’s country and only to the extent required within the scope of processing the raffle (e.g. delivery of instant prizes). Data shall be processed based on a quasi-contract, i.e. participation in the raffle. As a matter of principle, the data shall be deleted no later than 3 years after completion of the raffle, by the end of the year. Any earlier deletion is not possible, in order to be able to retrace participation in the event of legal claims.
To the extent the participants have given their consent, the data provided by them will be processed for advertising purposes by the organizer or its affiliates. Participants may revoke their consent at any time with effect for the future. Unless storage of the data is required for any other reasons, they will be deleted after such revocation.
