Conditions of participation

Terms of Participation
These terms and conditions regulate the conditions for participating in the current competition of Gebrüder Weiss. By participating in the competition, the participant accepts these conditions of participation for the current competition. The organizer of the competition is Gebrüder Weiss GmbH, Bundesstrasse 110, 6923 Lauterach, Austria.

Right of participation:  
Eligible to participate are all individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of the participation. A further prerequisite is that the participation in the competition does not constitute a violation of the compliance guidelines (e.g. gift acceptance guidelines for employees of customers of the organizer) that apply to the participant. 

Participation with forged identities or identities of third parties is not permitted.

Participation:
Eligible individuals may participate in the competition by answering and submitting the question via the form. Participation is possible until the deadline stated in the description of the competition.

Prizes:
The first 100 participants will receive a GW power bank worth 9.60 EUR. Winners will be notified by e-mail or telephone within one week of the closing date (June 14th, 2019) and the prizes will either be sent by post or distributed personally. The prize is neither transferable nor can it be exchanged. Legal recourse and cash payment are excluded. Only one prize per participant is possible.

Exclusion and changes:
In the event of a violation of these conditions of participation, the organizer is entitled to exclude the participant from participation at a later date. This applies in particular if the participant is not entitled to participate or if false information is provided or if the participant publishes infringing content on the Facebook page of the organizer. Such content may be deleted by the organizer without prior notice. If the excluded participant is a winner who has already been drawn, the prize may be subsequently withdrawn. A substitute draw will not take place.

The organizer reserves the right to terminate the competition prematurely at any time, even without observing deadlines, in whole or in part, or to modify it in its course, if it is not possible for technical (e.g. computer virus, manipulation of or errors in software/hardware) or legal reasons to guarantee a proper execution of the competition.

Concluding Provisions:
Should the conditions of participation contain ineffective provisions, the effectiveness of the remaining conditions shall remain unaffected.

The law of the Republic of Austria shall apply.

For all legal disputes arising from or in connection with these Conditions of Participation and the competition, the place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of the organizer

Data protection notice:
If you take part in the "Transport Management System 2019" competition, we will process the personal data provided by you in order to carry out the competition and to identify you as an eligible participant, as well as for any notification of a prize and the dispatch of any prize, as the person responsible under data protection law for the " Transport Management System 2019" competition.

This processing of the data takes place upon your participation and is required according to Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR for the aforementioned purposes for your participation and the execution and handling of the competition.

Data will only be passed on if this is necessary within the framework of the competition (e.g. delivery of the prize). 

In addition, we or an affiliated company will use the data you provide in the context of participation in the competition for advertising purposes, provided you have given your express consent (Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR). You can revoke your consent to the use of your e-mail address or your postal address at any time free of charge with effect for the future, without this making the data processing carried out until your revocation inadmissible. Please send your revocation to dsgvogw-world.com.

If data storage is not required for other reasons, it will be deleted after revocation.
