The Hungarian government has introduced new toll rates as per January 1, 2025. The adjustment is based on the inflation rate of August 2024 and was published with the governmental decree Nr. 196/2024 (VII.8.).
The increase only concerns the costs of infrastructure and amounts to +3,4 %. All other tariff components (CO2 emissions as well as air / noise pollution) remain unchanged on the level of 2024.
