Information About The Raw Material Surcharge

For a comprehensible and flexible calculation of the pallet raw material surcharge in case of price adjustments, Gebrüder Weiss is guided by the market mirror regularly published by the industry service EUWID. As of November 14, 2024, this showed a price range of 11.20 euros to 11.70 euros. This results in an average value of 11.45 euros and thus a raw material surcharge of 1.12 euros per loading unit (see table below).

This additional fee per exchanged pallet will be automatically included with the invoice for customer orders from now on.

Invoicing by the branches in Germany and Austria as part of the EUP exchange countries is independent of any loading equipment exchange fee agreed with the customer. Also other agreements between the customer and Gebrüder Weiss remain unaffected by this surcharge.
