GW pro.line is our base product for your general and groupage cargo transportation in Europe.
You benefit from daily departures, defined door-to-door times, and fixed quality standards.
Packaged items with maximum dimensions of 2.20 m x 2.40 m (height x length) and 1,000 kg are possible in general and groupage freight transport, as well as shipment sizes of up to 5 pallets, 2,000 kg and 2 loading meters. For shipments that exceed these dimensions, we are pleased to offer you extensive options in the GW direct.line product.

GW pro.line premium

GW pro.line premium is our extended general and groupage cargo system for your European transports with selectable time windows.
With GW pro.line premium, cargo can be delivered to defined destinations before 10 a.m. | 12 p.m. | 4 p.m.
Optimize your supply chain with daily departures, selectable time windows and guaranteed highest quality standards.
Packaged items with maximum dimensions of 2.20 m x 2.40 m (height x length) and 1,000 kg are possible in general and groupage freight transport, as well as shipment sizes of up to 5 pallets, 2,000 kg and 2 loading meters. GW pro.line premium date

GW pro.line premium date is our premium day-definite delivery service for European transports.
With GW pro.line premium date, cargo is delivered to defined destinations before 10 a.m. | 12 p.m. | 4 p.m. on a specified day, even outside the defined door-to-door times.

GW pro.line curb

GW pro.line curb is our standardized product for 1-person curbside delivery.
Your residential customers benefit from convenient unloading directly to their sidewalk, in front of their front door, or in their driveway.
Your customer will be notified prior to delivery to ensure optimal scheduling.
For residential deliveries, the GW pro.line curb product can handle packaged items up to 2.20 m x 2.40 m (height x length) and 1,000 kg, as well as shipment sizes of up to 5 pallets, 2,000 kg and 2 loading meters.

GW pro.line carry

GW pro.line carry is our customized product for 1-person, point-of-use delivery to B2B and B2C customers.
Offer your customers the advantage of unloading directly at the point of use.
Your customer will be notified prior to delivery to ensure optimal scheduling.
For customer deliveries in the GW pro.line carry product, packaged items with a maximum weight of 31.5 kg per item and 300 kg per shipment are possible.
For residential shipments, we are happy to offer you extensive 2-person handling options with our Home Delivery product.

Digital Services

In our myGW customer portal, you can book your orders conveniently and digitally, flexibly access your shipment data, find current status information and digital delivery receipts.

You can also track the estimated time of arrival (ETA) of your shipment in real time.

Loading equipment
exchange

By prior arrangement, we will exchange your loading equipment in the following countries: Netherlands, Austria, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Germany.
This service is optional and can be booked for a fee.

Notification/arrival
information

Use the notification service to arrange an individual delivery date.
Receive an arrival notification with a two-hour delivery window.
This service is optional and can be booked for a fee.
The GW pro.line curb and GW pro.line carry products already include the notification service.

Time slot booking

If you wish, we can conveniently post your orders on the usual time slot portals.
This service is optional and can be booked for a fee.

Dangerous goods

Arrange the transport of dangerous goods in advance.
This service is optional and can be booked for a fee.
This service is not available in the GW pro.line premium date product and for dangerous goods classes 1, 6.2 and 7.

Customs clearance

Leave the customs clearance of your shipment to us on presentation of all the necessary documents.
Our experts will be happy to advise and support you with any questions you may have about customs clearance.
This service is optional and can be booked for a fee.

Transport insurance

Your shipment is automatically covered by standard insurance based on your country’s legal requirements.
Benefit from customized premium offers and, if required, opt for additional insurance cover that covers higher goods values and provides comprehensive protection for your shipment.
